We offer different shipping methods to meet your needs. The following options are available:
- Standard shipping: estimated delivery in 4/9 business days.
- Express shipping: estimated delivery in 4/9 working days.
- International shipping: estimated delivery in 7/12 working days.
3. shipping costs

The shipping costs are calculated according to weight, parcel size and destination. The exact costs will be displayed at the time of payment. Shipping within the EU is free of charge for orders over 50 EUR.

4. processing time
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24/48h - 8/10 working days after receipt of payment. During peak season or promotional periods, the processing time may be longer.

5. order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment on the courier's website.
6. shipping destinations
We ship nationally and internationally. However, there may be restrictions for certain countries or regions. If we are unable to deliver to the destination country, you will be informed during the payment process.
