RETURNS POLICY

We offer a 14 day returns policy, which means you have 14 days from receipt of goods to request a return.

You will then receive a return label and instructions on how and where to send the parcel;

You can return all or part of an order within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date. Shipping costs are at the buyer's expense.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the products must be in perfect resale condition, i.e. unused, undamaged, ruined or soiled, with all accessories, if any, and packed in the original packaging, including instructions for use and documentation.

DAMAGE AND PROBLEMS

Please check your order on receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty or damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can assess and rectify the problem.
Changes

The quickest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item in question and, once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase of the new item.

Refund

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know whether or not a refund has been authorised. If this is the case, the refund will be processed automatically via the original payment method.It may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and issue the refund;
The refund will be issued within 14 (fourteen) days from the day the return is received at the warehouse.
